Marta Pasiecszny from Poland shares her fitness skills in Longford.
Marta Pasiecszny described what it was like growing up in Poland where she studied chemical technology but chose to become a professional fitness instructor. She took advanced English lessons after visiting America for 3 months, determined to master the language. When Poland joined the EU, she moved to Longford with her husband and son and lived with her brother in-law who helped them settle in. She is now an Irish citizen and continues to teach yoga classes to different groups all over Longford.
