Abhishek Vasu shares his journey from the busy city of Mumbai to the peaceful county of lakes.
Growing up in an educated Brahmin caste but in a relaxed liberal upbringing, Abhishek Vasu yearned for a more independent life and enhance his experience abroad. He moved from Mumbai, India to Ireland to pursue a masters in engineering and search for better paying jobs. After the roller coaster ride of job-search, he now works as a quality engineer in an electrical manufacturing industry in Cavan town, and enjoys his passion for cooking traditional South Indian food and playing indigenous drums with fellow musicians in Ireland.
