Moroccan chef Hitcham Hnitit pursues his career in Cavan.
Hitcham Hnitit left Morocco in 2022 to develop his cooking career and know more about the Irish culture. His journey from Marrakesh and Saudi Arabia led him to a Chef de Parte role at a popular hotel in Cavan. A Liverpool supporter who loves keeping fit at the gym, he believes being a good person and working hard matters wherever you go.
