Jana Sheridan from the Czech Republic sets up shop in Arva.
Jana Sheridan from the Czech Republic who moved to Arva in 1996 with his then Irish boyfriend Michael. She initially missed the winters and the city life but quickly got over it with the many Irish weddings she attended and getting involved in community and events farming projects with Michael. They have three children and are running a community thrift shop in Arva. She advises migrants to learn English and to integrate in the community.
